Whether it’s for a small family gathering, a middle sized rehearsal dinner or a larger company picnic we will cook and pack up all the fixings for a delicious lobster bake and deliver it to your doorstep.

How it works

We prepare and cook the food at our certified kitchen and then pack it into insulated coolers, hot and cold, and then deliver it to your locations about 10 minutes before your planned serving time. We pack it ready to be easily served. Our coolers keep your food piping hot and fresh for over 2 hours so if your serving time changes it won’t be a problem. Once we arrive at your venue we help you set up and go over the best way to make the buffet easy on you and your guests. The following day we come and pick up the coolers and serving utensils, we’ll even take the trash if you wish!

We also provide all the disposable dishware including 12” oval plates, 6” round plates, soufflé cups and individually wrapped silverware sets. All the serving utensils needed for serving the buffet are also included.

About Us

My wife Marydeane and I, along with our sons Robert and Andy have been catering authentic Maine Lobster Bakes for 20 plus years and are now shifting our focus on convenient Lobster Bakes To Go delivered right to your doorstep! We are both lifetime residents of the great State of Maine and Town of Bar Harbor and both work locally. I am also a commercial Maine Lobstermen and catch all the lobsters provided for the lobster bakes to go, it doesn’t get any fresher than that. Both of our sons are now young adults. Details

We only accept personal checks or cash, no Credit Cards.  We do not offer substitutions or alternative items. Our Lobster Bakes to go deliveries require a minimum of 12 people and a maximum of 50 people.  Our onsite full service lobster bakes require a minimum of 25 people and a maximum of 100 people.  We do not offer substitutions or alternative menu items.

This is an ideal option for weekly rentals, rehearsal dinners, family gatherings, company parties and smaller weddings.
